Rating: 1 Posted By: Tunaahelper Views: 32 Replies: 0 Waited till after Christmas to see if there were some deals on this awesome receiver and the best I could find was Newegg and Amazon at 679.00. However, Amazon would have sales tax- so I went with 679.00 w/free shipping from Newegg . Then yesterday I got an email from Newegg announcing a sale on some items, so I checked and it’s been lowered to 649.00 and still has free shipping. Contacted them and they are crediting my card for the difference. Thanks Newegg and wicked deal on a wicked receiver! Oh, add in the FW Cash Back and it’s an outstanding deal. Thanks FW.

Buy $100 Gift Card at Sams, get $25 GC free (or 40, 10) Use at Sams or Walmart. Purchase instore at Sams only. PS3 deal

Rating: 5 Posted By: jasonlkska Views: 585 Replies: 7 Must be a Sams member, if not, stop reading here. (they have to scan your Sams membership to complete the purchase) Use this method to get another $75 in giftcards for the WalMart PS3 deal coming up. If you bought 3 of these then you pay for the PS3 with them and have $75 left in free gift cards. Or buy 2 $100s and 1 $40 and only pay tax. You get the idea… INSTORE at Sams only, not available online – not available at WalMart . Expires Dec 26th, 2010 Buy $100 Gift of Membership get $25 Giftcard free Buy $40 Gift of Membership get $10 Giftcard free These are basically giftcards that can be used at Sams or WalMart Stores. I *think* you might be able to use them online with the card number and Pin – but dont quote me on that. Locate and take the Gift of Membership to the customer service desk to purchase (you cant do this in normal checkout lines) I would suggest the $100 if you are going to make the trip to Sams. Pay for it, during checkout they should give you a free $25 Giftcard, if you wanted to be nice you can bring that with you to the counter too. *You can only do this once per transaction, the code they use cant be applied more than once to the same receipt (believe me we tried this many ways), but you can do separate transactions, but dont hold up the line for everyone else!! The fine print on the back of the Gift of Membership cards says ..This card can be used for purchase of merchandise at Sams Club or retail WalMart Store. This has been on the backside of the last two Sams catalogs I got this month so Im surprised no one posted it. They try to scare you with the wording Gift of Membership I guess – but I have personally verified they work on general merchandise.

Rating: 0 Posted By: black96ws6 Views: 57 Replies: 0 I went locally and picked one up here in Southern California, also saw it online on their site. That’s the cheapest I’ve seen anywhere, and no rebate hassles. I had thought about going with a GTX 470 or 6870, but couldn’t pass this up. Cards are definitely getting cheaper these days! Great bang for the buck if you haven’t upgraded your video card in a couple years (I always try to stick with the mid-range cards because they go obsolete so quickly). And the card is very over-clockable (to 840+mhz core, stock is 675).
