A few days ago, I ordered what I assumed was a gallon bottle of Zep premium Carpet Shampoo at $12.97 with free shipping @ Home Depot.
I also noticed that they show the identical item @ 49.98. I thought it was a typo for the cheaper.
I figured it could go either way & decided to wait before posting here.
Yesterday evening, I got a UPS shipping confirmation showing a total weight of 38 lbs. 
So, I think it’s safe to say I was shipped a case (4 gals) of the stuff for the single gallon price.
I had assumed it was a watered down and ready to use solution. The description on the HD site is vague.
I checked other sites that carry the stuff and they read “use 5oz to a gallon of water” So, it is concentrate.
Being this is a gallon bottle, it should make about 25 gallon of carpet shampoo.
Worst case, since it was free shipping, just return to your local HD for a full refund.
